Hello!
My name is Amber Hennesy and this is my story. Born and raised in St. Augustine Florida. Mother of two handsome young men.

My method of training involves Mindfulness, Discipline, Consistency, Strength, Self love and being an absolute beast.
Whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right. It all starts with your mindset. through the years I have gained all of my experience through diving in feet first and doing it all myself. what you believe you will achieve! If you don’t believe it chances are you won’t achieve it. Your mindset matters. My method of training involves Mindfulness, Discipline, Consistency, Strength,Self love and being an absolute beast.
Wife, Entrepreneur, Goal getter and dream chaser. I began my fitness journey back in 2016 after I had my first son. I started just like everyone else does. Without a clue on where to start, what to eat or how to exercise.
I started at square one just like we all do. I went through all the phases. Cardio bunny, CrossFit, low carb to no carb, fad diets, fat burners All the bells and whistles. You name it I tried it.
It wasn’t until 2021 that I really started to buckle down on making myself. Self made I decided I needed to brand who I am as a fitness influencer. I wanted to create my own style and method of training that involved all fitness outlets from yoga all the way up to bodybuilding. I began my bodybuilding journey end of 2021 and that when I really started to build up a reputation that was inspiring to myself and others. Bodybuilding changed my life. Going through the process myself really upped my knowlage on fitness as well as nutrition. Just as a butterfly does I completely transformed myself inside and out. I always say the best way to gain experience is by doing it yourself first. Not only will others respect you for your authenticity but you also gain respect for having been through what many others have. I know exactly how it feels to feel like a shell of yourself. its not until you trust your mind that you find your true self and what exactly your capable of.
My Transformation
I went on to teach at Gyms such as World Gym and Baileys. Once I got into the gym industry that’s where my interest for lifting was born. By that time I was pregnant with my second son and once he was born I had quite a bit of baby weight to loose. I began adding weight lifting to my routine along with yoga. From there I attained a whole new passion for strength training and building as much muscle as possible. Fast forward to 2019 I decided to get my certification as a Personal trainer so I could then start taking clients and gain the experience that I now have today to train individuals to achieve their physique goals. Through the years I would go on to add more certifications such as Yin Yoga, Barre and I also taught Crossfit style classes at some point too. I guess you could say i’m a jack of all fitness related trades.
2017 was the year I tried yoga for the first time and let me tell you. Changed my world. I had never felt like that before. Strong, inspired, and empowered. For the first time in my life I actually felt connected to who I am truly. I was hooked! That year I took the leap and decided to get my 200 hour yoga certification to teach Vinyasa Flow. That’s where it all started. My first teaching job was at a small locally owned yoga studio called “The Yoga Room” I absolutely loved teaching there
