Hi, I’m Kayla! Born and raised in sunny Florida, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the water, nature, and the calming energy they provide. Yoga and fitness became my way of staying grounded and discovering my inner strength throughout my years of education. Over the past decade, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to travel the world, immersing myself in different cultures while expanding my practice.

My journey began at the University of Florida, where I fell in love with movement—whether it was swimming, biking, or simply enjoying the great outdoors. After graduation, my travels took me across Europe and Asia, exploring vibrant cities like Berlin, hidden gems in Poland, and even scaling the Great Wall of China.

Through these experiences, I’ve come to value balance both on and off the mat, a philosophy that now defines my approach to yoga and fitness. For me, a challenging workout is not just about building physical strength—it’s also about cultivating a calm and quiet mind, even amidst the intensity.

Today, as a certified 200-Hour Registered Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher, I’m passionate about helping others connect with their bodies, discover their inner peace, and feel empowered both on and off the mat. I’m grateful to be sharing this journey with the wonderful community in St. Augustine, offering warmth, support, and care for both body and soul.
